My intuition just knew I needed her and I don't think either of us knew why. But when we started working together I noticed that she was able to ebb, flow, and pivot every single time my business grew. Now, 4 years later, I have 17 team members and growing. Let me be very clear, Emily trained them all AND continues to work extremely close to me, allowing me to step further and further away from working in my business. As of today, I can tell you that Emily literally has helped me work myself out of my day to day “job” so that I can focus on building the beautiful BNL empire.
Now that I have all this free time, I am getting ready to start on new projects that I've been waiting to do for so long. You can bet Emily is going to stay right by my side every step of the way for these new ventures and now that she knows me so well, I know these projects are going to get lift off extremely fast! There is no one I trust more than Emily and her team at AVA.
